Jay Harry created and opened BON VOYAGE TRAVEL in 1983. Originally a teacher, Jay began organizing student and adult tours while teaching. The travel bug became too appealing and he left teaching to open BON VOYAGE TRAVEL . Jay and his wife reside in Lancaster.
For over 25 years, Jay has organized and escorted thousands of tours and groups as well as run the everyday operations of the agency. He also works with individuals to arrange their vacations and is a Certified Sandals Specialist.  He has also completed his certification in the Disney College of Knowledge, Royal Caribbean "WOW" Program, Marriott Hotel Sales Specialist, and is a Master Agent for Secrets, Dreams, and Sunscape.  Jay has traveled all over the world and brings this knowledge into his work in helping people plan their special vacation.

Jay is a member of Skål, and is the Pennsylvania SIUSA Representative.  Jay is also a member of Eastern Travel Association. 

Suzanne has been with BON VOYAGE TRAVEL since 1996. A resident of Mechanicsburg, Suzanne makes the daily commute to Lancaster to keep her large following of clients happy.

Among her many duties, Suzanne is the Office Manager of BON VOYAGE TRAVEL. Her specialties are Caribbean & Mexico Travel, Cruises, and Disney. Because of her travels and working in the industry, Suzanne has first-hand knowledge of the resort areas and uses this to find the best deal and best destination for her clients.

Suzanne is a member of Eastern Travel Association, and is a Ceritified Sandals Specialist.  She has also completed her certification in the Disney College of Knowledge, Couples Resorts, and is a Master Agent in Secrets, Dreams, and Sunscape.

Steve graduated from Consolidated School of Business in 2004 with an Associate in Specialized Business Degree in Travel Office Administration, and began his career at Bon Voyage Travel in 2004.  He can use his selling exprerience and his degree to plan a special getaway for the clients of Bon Voyage Travel.

 One of the experiences which, enriched Steve's background, was his tour of duty in Iraq 2003-2004.  Leading and supporting convoys trough out Iraq under extreme pressure gave Steve confidence and pride in seeing a job accomplished.

During his studies at CSB, Steve earned a Destination Specialist in the Caribbean, North America, and Africa.  He is a member of Eastern Travel Association, and is a Certified Sandals Specialist.  Also, Steve has completed his certification in Disney College of Knowledge, Royal Caribbean's "WOW" Program, and is a Master Agent for Secrets, Dreams, and Sunscape.

 Marlene is the Newest member of the BON VOYAGE TRAVEL Team.  Marlene will be Jay's Assistant in the Group Department and she is anxious to use her travel background and recent YTI Career Institute degree in planning your travel needs.

Marlene has traveled extensively in the Caribbean and loves to share her knowledge with our clients.

Marlene has completed course work and has attained Specialty Status with Princess Cruises, Mexico Tourism, Disney "College of Knowledge", Marriot Hotels, Secrets, Dreams, & Sunscape, Royal Caribbean's "WOW" Program, Apple Vacations, Bahamas, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Carnival Cruise Line.  Also, is a member of Eastern Travel Association.

Marlene and her husband, Bill live in Lancaster.

Fred has been an Outside Sales Agent for Bon Voyage for 10 years. Fred is an experienced traveler and has covered the Caribbean extensively. He can arrange Individual and Group travel and specializes in the Caribbean and Mexico.

Fred is retired but stills works at his catering business - Dishes by Diane. He currently resides in Leola with his wife Dona.

Ron lives in East Petersburg with his wife Mary and likes to spend his spare time playing golf and other sports related activities.
