Thank you for the most unforgettable 15th Anniversary we could have ever had!!!! I sometimes feel like the whole thing was a dream......

When we booked our trip to Secrets Silversands, I don't think we could have ever imagined how spectacular our experience would be.  From the moment we arrived until the moment we had to leave...it was incredible!! Our room was "the best room" in the entire resort...oceanfront swim out suite.  Every morning when we woke, we would look at each other and say (jokingly of course) "this is the worst vacation we have ever been on and the view~just terrible, hahahaha".

The resort was immaculate..... we have shown pictures to our children, who insist they are not real....our oldest son says, "you cut and pasted Daddy into a calendar photo, that can't be real".  It truly was picture perfect!!!!!

The staff was unforgettable...All the added little touches, were so very nice.  Since we were celebrating our anniversary, they brought champagne and flowersv to our room.  The bar/wait staff was incredible...by the 2nd or 3rd day, the bar maid would see us sitting on our lounge chairs by the pool, remember our favorite drinks and bring them to us, without having to ask.  We never came accross one person who was "having a bad day".....they were all super friendly, always had a smile on their face and were there for our every need or request!!!!

Plenty to see, do and eat...onsite, we were able to kayak, sail a hobbie cat, have spa treatments, lounge by the pool, bask in the sun on the beach and see live entertainment every night.  We were also able to book excursions, off site.  And let's not forget the food...wow!  Amazing restaurants, plenty of choices....the presentation~just gorgeous and the taste to match!! Not one meal or snack that we did not enjoy.

We have been on plenty of week long vacations that we thoroughly enjoyed, but we were always ready to be home in our own bed.  This was NOT one of those vacations!! We were truly sad when it was over :( If we didn't have work or children to come home to, I think we may have stayed forever!!!

I wanted to let you know what a great time we had.  The Dreams Resort was wonderful and we are already talking about going back!  We left one day for a snorkeling trip and after we got back we wished we would of stayed at the resort.  We found there was no reason we had to leave.  But, like I said we enjoyed it so much, we haven't gone many places but this was the best.  They did upgrade the rooms and had Happy Birthday banners on the beds with balloons for the girls.  I just wanted to say Thanks!

Dear Bon Voyage Travel,

My Wife and I were in need of a vacation away from the day-to-day struggles of life and we called our favorite travel agent, Suzanne Kempf, for ideas.  We were happy with our last travel cruise we booked with Suzanne back in 2005, and we were hoping we would be happy again.  We went with an all-inclusive vacation to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic at the Iberostar resorts from April 13th through April 18th.  Suzanne took exceptionally good care of us, and we had an incident free trip (and terrific weather too)!  The accomodations were more than we expected, and we were well prepared with all the paperwork as Suzanne took the time to personally go over the papers with us prior to our trip.  We are telling our friends and coworkers how well we were treated, and how comfortable we were with an Apple Vacation.  Enclosed please find a picture of us with one of our Apple reps at the welcome deck in the hotel in our Bon Voyage T-Shirts- he was friendly and a good source of information to us during our trip.

Personally, we were glad we went with Suzanne and Bon Voyage Travel for our trip- of course there are 'internet specials' out there but none can compare to the personal attention and sense of comfort we had knowing we were part of the Apple Vacation package and we were not alone if trouble happened.

We were treated as guest at the resort rather than inconveniences, and the Iberostar resort was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.  We have already started to save up for our next vacation we will be booking with Suzanne.  Thank you for being so helpful to us.
